Sara Tsui, a partner at Khoo and Co. Solicitors, is the course's principal trainer. She also lectures at the University of Hong Kong City, where she educates students on various subjects such as Tort Law, Animal Law, Hong Kong Legal System, and Banking Law. She is now Universal Prestige Inc. Program Director of Ltd. and Asia Director of Critical Animal Studies Institute. She is one of the three HKSAR staff to be a Legal Consultant for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Also, she is a well-known writer for several pieces of legislation.
